Rocco is an entrepreneur, corporate adviser and capital markets executive with more than 15 years' experience advising emerging growth companies across the mining, resources, technology and advanced materials sectors. As Founding Director of GTT Ventures, he has built a reputation for identifying undervalued opportunities, structuring strategic transactions and connecting companies with institutional, family office and high-net-worth investors across Australia and international markets. He has assisted companies through every stage of the capital lifecycle — seed funding, IPOs, secondary raises, M&A, strategic partnerships and corporate restructures.
