Mr. Kalt is an experienced corporate executive with more than 20 years of senior leadership and board of director roles at both private and publicly-traded companies. Prior to Dixie Gold Inc., Mr. Kalt was the Founder & CEO of Gold Royalties Corporation which was acquired by Sandstorm Gold Ltd. (NYSE:SAND) in 2015. Mr. Kalt was the recipient of Finance Monthly's CEO Award 2015 and has also received award recognition from the Business Development Bank of Canada, Export Canada, the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and other prominent business organizations. He holds a B.Comm (Hons) from Queen's University, an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario, an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an LL.M. (Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law) from the University of Calgary. Mr. Kalt is also a Barrister & Solicitor and an active member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Mr. Hearst is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, including 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer of junior and senior public companies. He currently acts in a financial advisory capacity for emerging entities in the resource industry and prior thereto was the Chief Financial Officer of Canacol Energy Ltd. (TSX:CNE). Mr. Hearst is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada.

Mr. Koo, CPA, CA brings significant experience in financial reporting roles covering many industries including junior mining, building materials and high-tech. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Nicholas started his career at a mid-sized accounting firm providing accounting, consulting, audit and tax services to publicly-traded and private entities. He has also gained industry experience in a public company which is one of the largest distributors of building materials and home renovation products in North America, represented nationally across Canada and regionally in the Western United States. Mr. Koo is a Partner at SHIM & Associates LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants with a primary focus on business advisory, corporate consulting and regulatory filings both in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Shim has led a successful accounting and finance career in both the US and Canada. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his expertise in auditing publicly-traded junior mining and high-tech companies. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois (United States). Through SHIM & Associates LLP, Mr. Shim serves as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements for various publicly-traded companies, primarily focused on the junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech sectors. Mr. Shim has also assisted numerous start-up companies achieve public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.
